How long does it take for my item to be delivered?
The delivery time is indicated directly on the product when you click on your size and heel.

Can I return my shoes or clothing if they don't fit?
You are welcome to return all unused shoes and leggings to us within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for sports bras and tights. These items are considered hygiene products and cannot be returned if they have been tried on without underwear or are no longer in their original condition.

You will receive your refund promptly once the returned items have been received by us and checked for defects.

Why are the dance shoes rather expensive? 
We deliver everything to you free of shipping costs and customs duties. We also pay the VAT for you from the import of the shoes. So you know at the start that you're only paying the actual price of the shoes and won't surprised by charges later. The majority of the dance shoes are handmade in the EU, which is why the production costs are also slightly higher.

I'm a beginner and I'm buying dance shoes for the first time. What should I keep in mind?
For beginners, we recommend a model with a rather low and wider heel (flare). We also offer a large selection of flat shoes.

I'm not sure what size to order. What can I do?
For the suppliers Fuego, Portdance (recognizable by PD in the front of the name) and Rumpf we recommend to buy a size larger because they cut the shoes small. For all other suppliers, choose your normal shoe size. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us by email at contact@dancingqueens.ch

I have extremely narrow or wide feet, which shoes do you recommend?
Lace-up shoes are particularly suitable for wide or narrow feet, as you can tie them individually. One of our classics is this model. We would also be happy to advise you personally in our showroom in Pfäffikon ZH or write us an email with your request, shoe size, foot structure and we will send you suitable models.

Can I choose my heel?
Yes, for most shoes you can choose your heel type and height and we will configure your shoes for you. However, note the delivery time, as various shoes with special requirements have a longer delivery delay.

Where do your dance shoes come from?
We have various suppliers from Germany, Italy, Portugal, the USA and Turkey. 

I have a dance school and would like to cooperate with you. What should I do?

In a nutshell: You get an exclusive teacher discount, as do your students, of course.

Can you send me my bill again?

Do I have to pay the postage for the return? 
Yes, the return shipping costs must always be paid by the customer.

Yes, you are welcome to transfer the amount directly in EUR. (rate according to www.xe.com) Send us an email to contact@dancingqueens.ch and we will gladly provide you with our bank details.
