The Backyard Brussel offers weekly courses in salsa, bachata and kizomba, as well as monthly salsa meetings with live music and international artists.

Backyard School founder Talal opened The Backyard in 2021 as a venue and cultural center. Talal has been teaching salsa, leading workshops and performing internationally throughout Europe, Asia and Africa for over 20 years.

The focus of the Backyard lessons is on individual feedback, as well as teaching basic techniques and styling. The focus is on quality, authenticity and of course fun. The Backyard has something for everyone. Regardless of whether Artists, dancers or just someone who enjoys artistic and cultural experiences.
