To strengthen our finance team we are looking for you as Finance / Accounting Manager (workload 60-80%) - also within the framework of a Internship with practical project.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for monthly and quarterly reporting incl. accounts receivable and payable
  Creditors
• Management and further development of accounting together with our Swiss colleagues
  and German trustees
• Preparation of VAT returns (CH, Germany & International (OSS))
• Collaboration on our business plan and liquidity planning
• Establishment and further development of controlling

What you bring with you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance or a related field
  ongoing or recently completed or professional apprenticeship in fiduciary services with further
  Training courses.
• Experience in accounting, international VAT an advantage
• Hands-on mentality, flexibility & enjoyment of helping to shape a start-up
• Interest in international e-commerce

Our store is in Pfäffikon ZH and we have three stores at the Opéra locations in Lucerne, Baden and Basel. The festivals are spread throughout Switzerland and Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, Poland and Croatia.

Workload:
Hourly wage, 10-20%

Your area of responsibility
- Support in the Dancing Queens Store in Pfäffikon ZH and independent advice to customers on Saturdays, possibly during the week in the evening and/or on 1-2 half days per week for vacation replacements (at least 1 Saturday per month)

- Accompanying us to dance/fitness festivals at home and abroad and selling our product range - usually Friday to Sunday or Monday. If you accompany us to 2-3 festivals per year, we will be happy.

- Many other great tasks that match your profile if you feel like it - there's plenty of work to do

Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship and / or studying

- All-rounder with hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a start-up

- Independent and highly proactive, communicative

- First experience in sales is an advantage

- Fluent in German and English, French, Italian or any other language an advantage

- A passion for the dance scene is an advantage
