Assignments at local parties and events in Switzerland, mostly in and around Zurich. Occasional assignments may also take place at festivals both in Switzerland and abroad. A Saturday shift at our shop in Pfäffikon ZH may also be required from time to time.

The assignments primarily take place on weekends – especially at local dance parties, events, and festivals. Therefore, weekend availability, a category B driver's license, and the willingness to drive are prerequisites.

Your area of responsibility

• You represent Dancing Queens at local dance parties, events and festivals in Switzerland, especially in and around Zurich.
  
• You present and sell our product range directly on site and advise customers in a friendly and independent manner.
  
• You will help with setting up and dismantling the stand, as well as with preparing products for events.
  
• You will occasionally accompany us to larger dance and fitness festivals at home and abroad, usually from Friday to Sunday or Monday.
  
• If needed, you can occasionally support us on a Saturday in the shop in Pfäffikon ZH.

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship and/or currently studying
• You enjoy direct customer contact and can approach people openly.
  
• You are independent, reliable, and have a hands-on mentality.
  
• You are willing to work primarily on weekends at events, parties and festivals.
• Fluent German and English, French, Italian or any other language is an advantage.
  
• You have a Driving licence category B and you can drive yourself to missions in your own car.
• A passion for the dance scene is an advantage.

Tasks:

• Lead Direct Sales & Organisation including occasional participation in events (dance/fitness festivals & events in Switzerland & EU - from Germany, Croatia to Poland)
• Social Media Responsibility (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
• Contributing to the further development of the website & launching new campaigns & blogs
• Support in acquiring and implementing partnerships for Switzerland and the EU (dance schools, festivals, events, other online shops, etc.)
• Briefing of external and internal stakeholders for all advertising materials (e.g., designers)
• We need support in the shop (serving customers, shipping packages, handling customer inquiries by phone) - for this we need you on-site in Pfäffikon ZH once a week (10am-5pm)

qualification

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (or close to completion) in the field of business, marketing, communication, IT or similar.
• All-rounder with a hands-on mentality and a passion for start-ups
• Independent and highly self-motivated, communicative
• Enjoyment of social media
• Prior marketing experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in German and English, French and Italian are an advantage.
• An interest in the dance scene is an advantage, but much more important is that you enjoy working for an eCommerce company.
• Enjoying work, possibly also attending events on weekends, and having fun at the same time.

To achieve this, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Business Intelligence Intern, someone who wants to build a solid BI foundation in Odoo – with the opportunity to later expand it with modern tools like Microsoft Fabric.

Your mission
Your main task is to make our business visible through data.
You will develop and implement BI solutions directly in Odoo and help us understand what's really happening in our company. Once the foundation is in place, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the BI infrastructure and will gradually have the opportunity to participate in Odoo development projects.
This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working with data, structure, and understanding ERP systems in real-world business situations.

Your tasks

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Analysis of existing Odoo data models (Sales, Inventory, Finance, Operations)
• Building dashboards, KPIs and reports within Odoo
• Co-definition of what "good data" means to us
• Supporting management with clear, actionable insights
• Optional: Examination of integration or extension options with Microsoft Fabric (depending on skill level)

Maintenance & Optimization

• Maintenance and further development of BI dashboards and reports
• Improvement of data quality and reporting logic
• Documentation of BI concepts and data flows

Development perspective: Odoo Development

• Gradual integration into Odoo ERP development projects
• Learning Python, Odoo ORM and module customization
• Support for internal improvements beyond BI (automations, minor features, process optimizations)

Your profile

Must-have

• Interest in data analysis, BI and business processes
• Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or analytics
