Simply register your return

Register your return via our returns portal. All you need for verification is your Email address and order number.

You can find your order number in your order confirmation, for example #12345.

This is how the return process works

1. Verify order

Enter your email address and order number in our returns portal.

2. Register return

Select the items you wish to return.

3. Return the package

Pack the items securely and return them to us using a shipping provider of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Send the return shipment

Send your return to the following address:

This is how an exchange works

1. Register return

Enter your email address and order number in our returns portal.

2. Specify the desired size.

Either send us an email in advance to contact@dancingqueens.ch and let us know your exchange request or note on the return slip in the package whether you would like to receive the item one size larger or smaller.

Important instructions

Return deadline: You have a 30-day return policy. The return period begins upon receipt of your order.
Return label: We do not provide return labels. Please return your item using a shipping provider of your choice. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Size exchange: Would you like the same item in a different size? Please include a note with your desired size in the package or send us an email to contact@dancingqueens.ch.
Amazon, Galaxus and Decathlon orders: Did you order through Amazon, Galaxus or Decathlon? If so, please register your return first directly via the respective customer account or platform.
