What is shipping protection?

You can activate or deactivate shipping protection directly in your shopping cart. For a small additional fee, your purchase is further protected until it arrives safely. The amount depends on the total value of your shopping cart.

With shipping protection, you're covered if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. In this case, we'll make sure you receive a replacement or a refund as quickly as possible.

What happens if my package arrives damaged or lost?

According to the tracking information, my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?

Please first check if the package has been left with a neighbor, in the hallway, or in a secure drop-off location. A quick inquiry at your post office or with the delivery person might also be helpful.

Should the package remain untraceable, please contact us – we will then support you in further clarification and take care of the case within the scope of your shipping protection.

Why do I have to help with the investigation?

In some cases, shipping companies or insurance companies require confirmation or additional information from the recipient. Your cooperation helps us process the claim faster and ensure you receive your compensation.
