Which items can I return?

You can return all unused shoes and leggings within 30 days after receipt return them as long as they no defects exhibit and are unused.

Please note that the following products No right of return consists:

  • Outlet dance shoes (reduced items from the outlet collection)
  • stockings
  • Sports bras and tight-fitting sports tops; these are considered hygiene items due to direct body contact and cannot be returned.

Should any of these items be returned, we reserve the right to... A processing fee of 20% applies. to be invoiced.

How do I register a return?

1. Click on the Profile icon Top right of the website. On your phone, you'll find the button. "Registration" at the bottom of the menu.

2. Enter the email address you used to place the order.

3. You will receive a 6-digit login code via email, which you can use to log into your customer account.

4. Select the order you wish to return.

5. Click on the "Request return" button.

6. Select the return reason from the drop-down menu.

7. IMPORTANT: If you would like to exchange the item (e.g., for a different size), you can specify this directly under "Notes". We will process the exchange automatically.

8. Confirm the request with "Request return".

9. You will immediately receive an email with further instructions.

How do I proceed if I want to exchange an item?

You like the item you ordered, but the size or another detail isn't right. Therefore, you would like to exchange it for the same item.

What is important when making a return?

The shoes must be unworn. If there is a defect and this is the reason for the return, this must be reported to us in advance by email, including a photo. Please write to contact@dancing-queens.com


Please keep your Tracking number Please wait until your return has arrived and been processed. We accept no liability for lost returns., especially if we cannot be provided with a tracking number.

We strongly recommend returning items with a trackable shipping service to carry out.

Do I have to pay the return postage? 

Yes, return shipping costs must always be borne by the customer.

Can I send my return using any shipping provider?

Yes, that's no problem. You can freely choose the shipping provider – the postal service, DHL, DPD, Hermes, UPS, or another provider. The only important thing is that the package has sufficient postage and is sent to our return address.

What happens to my discount code if I return something?
  • Discount conditions: Discounts granted free of charge as part of a promotional campaign will not be refunded or replaced upon return. After a return, we automatically check whether the conditions for the discount are still met. If the return means the condition (e.g., minimum quantity or minimum order value) is no longer fulfilled, the discount will be completely forfeited.
  • Order discounts: Discount codes always apply to the entire order. If you return only one product from a larger order, the discount will be recalculated proportionally and your refund adjusted accordingly.
  • 2-for-1 deals: The discount only applies if you keep both items. If you return one, the discount is completely forfeited and the other item will be charged at the regular price.

Your refund will always be based on the adjusted order value after the discount has been applied.
